If you are new to Azoomee, follow these steps to redeem your voucher:
- From your computer, mobile or tablet go to https://parent.azoomee.com/signup
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Put in your voucher code. (For O2 Family Tablet customers, this is printed on the the blue "Setting you and your family up for fun" leaflet in the box.)
- Depending on the type of voucher you have, you might need to enter your payment details.
- You'll be prompted to download the Azoomee app if you have not already done so
- Once you've downloaded it, log in with the email and password that you've just created.
If you already have an Azoomee account:
Before you enter a voucher code, please make sure you haven't already signed up for a free trial via the app. If you have, please click here to see how to cancel any subscriptions you have set up and to ensure you are not charged.
Once you are ready to go, follow these steps:
- From your computer, mobile or tablet go to https://parent.azoomee.com/login
- Enter your email address and password
- Select 'My Account' from the menu on the left
- Enter your voucher code. Depending on the type of voucher that you have, you might need to enter your payment details.
